Bar Suzanne
Bar Suzanne wanted a way to tell their regulars about seasonal menus and one-night pours without another email nobody reads. We built them a Wallet card, and the push channel that comes with it.

Bar Suzanne is a neighborhood cocktail bar in Mile End. Low light, serious drinks, regulars who know the bartenders by name.
The brief was honest: give the list a reason to come back on a Tuesday, without sending another email nobody opens.
We designed the card in the bar’s house palette — dark, restrained, the kind of thing that doesn’t feel like marketing when it shows up on a phone. One tap at the counter adds it to Wallet; no app, no signup.
The push channel goes to one form the team owns. When the menu changes, they write a sentence and hit send. It shows up on a lock screen the regulars already check.
Drop day, 30 seconds in.
One push goes out to everyone holding the pass. No subject line to skip, no sender domain to filter, no algorithm deciding who sees it. Just a notification — on a screen every member checks a hundred times a day.
Your regulars deserve better than an email blast.
