Hurtliche
Hurtliche wanted early access for their list on drop days — without relying on a mailing list people ignore or an app nobody installs. We built them a Wallet card, and the push channel that comes with it.

Hurtliche is a Montréal streetwear label with a tight, loyal following and limited runs that sell through fast. Their customers don’t scroll through DMs hoping to catch a drop — they want to know the second something’s live.
The brief was quiet but specific: give the list a way in, without making it feel like a loyalty scheme. No points. No levels. No gamification. Just membership.
We built a Wallet card that lives on the lock screen and a notification flow the team triggers on drop day. The card’s oxblood-on-black treatment mirrors the label’s aesthetic; the card number is a serial, not a points balance.
One form, one tap, one place in their wallet. When Hurtliche has something to say, it goes straight to a lock screen the member is already looking at.
Drop day, 30 seconds in.
One push goes out to everyone holding the pass. No subject line to skip, no sender domain to filter, no algorithm deciding who sees it. Just a notification — on a screen every member checks a hundred times a day.
